Spirit XT185 Folding Treadmill Review

We have not yet had the opportunity to properly review the Spirit XT185 Folding Treadmill, but hope to be able to very soon.

Spirit Fitness is one of the more venerable brands out there. Since producing their first cardio machine in 1983 the team at Spirit has successfully been producing high-end equipment for both the commercial and home fitness markets so it’s fair to say they know a thing or two about making a cardio machine. We took a look at the Spirit XT185 folding treadmill to see how it performs and compares to the competition. Here’s what we found….

As always, the first thing to do is assemble the treadmill. And, with the XT185 that know-how that Spirit possesses can be felt right off the bat. There are just 5 steps to complete and the instruction manual is clear all the way through. Even if you’re not particularly good at building flat-packed furniture, the XT185 isn’t going to present a particularly difficult challenge. Once built, it’s obvious that this model is not lightweight this is a very well built treadmill and it looks it every inch of the way.
